Welcome to our Thanksgiving Break Clinics at Gunderson Baseball.
Our staff will put players through a comprehensive pitching program. Over the course of the clinic, players will receive the following instruction: proper warm-up, pre-throwing arm prep, delivery work, movement prep, off-speed work and light mound work. These are one-day clinics, sign up for as many as you would like.
